Analysis of the Value of Siemens S2000 Ultrasound Diagnosis Instrument in Gray Scale Ultrasound Diagnosis of Thyroid Nodules
Objective:Analyze and evaluate the value of gray scale ultrasound using Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument in distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:Collect data from 80 patients who underwent thyroid nodule diagnosis in our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022.During this period,Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument gray scale ultrasound was used for thyroid nodule diagnosis,with pathological detection results as the"gold standard".Analyze the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument gray scale ultrasound in diagnosing thyroid nodules,and analyze the morphological characteristics of thyroid nodules under this detection method Internal echoes,boundary clarity,and blood flow.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of gray scale ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodules using Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument are 97.50%,96.36%,and 80.00%,respectively.It has a high accuracy and consistency with pathological examination results;At the same time,the Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument can clearly distinguish the changes in thyroid nodules through grayscale ultrasound imaging analysis,and distinguish the imaging morphology,boundary,internal echo,and internal blood flow signals of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Conclusion:The Siemens S2000 ultrasound diagnostic instrument has high value in gray scale ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodules.This instrument can provide clear and accurate images to help doctors evaluate the morphological features,internal echoes,boundary clarity,and blood flow of nodules,thereby assisting in distinguishing between benign and malignant nodules.This is of great significance for guiding patients in selecting treatment plans and evaluating prognosis.
