Observation on the Application Effect of Three Step Technique in Cervical Cancer Screening During Employee Physical Examination
Objective:To explore the application effect of the three step technology in cervical cancer screening during employee physical examination. Methods:From January 1,2022 to December 31,2022,2800 female employees were selected for cervical cancer screening through physical examinations.Three step liquid based cytology(TCT),colposcopy and pathology was performed to compare the diagnostic effects of the three detection methods.Draw ROC curves and analyze the effectiveness of different examination methods in cervical cancer screening. Results:Among 2800 people,147 were positive through TCT screening, with a positive detection rate of 5.25%;There were 192 patients with abnormal pathological examination, and the diagnostic accuracy of ASCUS and ASCH was lower than that of LSIL,HSIL,SCC,and AGCC(P<0.05);There are differences in the coincidence rate of colposcopy in different diseases such as CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ,and invasive cancer; The ROC curve results indicate that the sensitivity and specificity of TCT,colposcopy, and histopathological examination for screening cervical cancer in employees are higher than those of single TCT,colposcopy, and histopathological examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of three-step technology in cervical cancer screening during employee physical examinations can improve diagnostic detection rate, reduce missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate, and achieve high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity.
