The Application Value of Continuous Quality Improvement Mode in Equipment Management of Laboratory
Objective:To analyze the application effect and value of continuous quality improvement(CQI)model in the implementation of equipment management in laboratory department.Methods:2 laboratory staff and 30 patients who completed the management of laboratory equipment by continuous quality improvement were selected as the observation group,2 laboratory staff and 30 patients were selected as control group to analyze the effect of equipment management and patients'satisfaction under different management modes.Results:The equipment management effect and the work ability of the staff in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous quality improvement model is an ideal management method in the process of implementing the equipment management in the laboratory department,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of the equipment management and the work ability of the personnel in the laboratory department,patients were relatively satisfied with the laboratory work.
