Effect Analysis of Fine Management of Endoscopic Instruments in Informationized Operating Room
Objective:To explore the effect of fine management of endoscopic instruments in information operating room.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2023,120 patients treated with endoscopic surgery in our hospital within the scope of the study were selected as samples,60 patients were treated with conventional endoscopic equipment management(control group),and 60 patients were treated with information-based fine management(observation group).Compare and analyze the use,management quality and bad condition of endoscopic instruments in the two groups of operating rooms.Results:After the application of information-based fine management,the application of the observation group was better,which was specifically manifested as lower preparation error rate,higher qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection,and higher completion rate of instruments.Meanwhile,the scores of various dimensions of endoscopic equipment management quality applied to patients in this group were higher,and the incidence of adverse events of instruments was lower,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fine management based on information technology can improve the use and management quality of endoscopy equipment,reduce the preparation error rate,and improve the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection and the perfect rate of instruments.Therefore,the application of information-based fine management can effectively improve the quality of endoscopic equipment management in the operating room and provide a safer and more reliable surgical environment.
