Observation on the Application Effect of the Joint Solution of the Standardized Management and Service Mode Forward Shift in the Quality Management of Operating Room Equipment
Objective:To explore the application of joint solution of standardized management and service mode forward shift in the operating room equipment management, focus on its impact on the equipment quality management. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the management data of 279 devices in our hospital's operating room from January 2021 to December 2022.The data were categorized into a control group and an experimental group based on the management plan used in the operating room. The control group received conventional management, while the experimental group underwent joint solution of standardized management and service mode.Comparative analysis was performed between the two groups in terms of failure rate, repair rate, accident rate, average annual maintenance cost, and the satisfaction of medical staff using the equipment,as well as equipment placement and sign configuration pass rate. Results:The failure rate, repair rate, accident rate, and average annual maintenance cost of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the satisfaction rate of usage and equipment placement and sign configuration pass rate of the former group were higher than those of the latter group, with P<0.05.Conclusion:In the management of the operating room equipment, the adoption of joint solution of standardized management and service mode forward shift significantly improves the management effectiveness, reduce the incidence of multiple equipment problems as well as the annual maintenance cost improve the satisfaction of medical and nursing staff using the equipment, and the qualification rate of equipment placement, benefiting the further development of operating room management.
