低能直线加速器机房屏蔽防护改造实践探讨及效果分析

目的:通过对低能直线加速器机房的屏蔽防护改造实践探讨及防护效果测量分析,为直线加速器机房屏蔽防护改造提供技术参考.方法:在瓦里安Turebeam直线加速器照射野40cm×40cm条件下,分别使用最高X射线能量10MV均整模式最高600cGy/min剂量率和6MV非均整(FFF)模式下最高1400 cGy/min剂量率进行照射,根据《放射治疗放射防护要求》GBZ121-2020标准要求及规定方法,对改造机房外表面30cm处剂量水平进行检测,满足标准限值要求.结果与结论:结合机房的实际情况和设备的防护要求,改造过程中除了考虑经济成本的同时还应充分考虑建筑承重,施工难度、空间限制等多方面因素的影响,实现以最小的经济成本达到最好的防护效果和最合理的使用需求.
Low Energy Linear Accelerator Room Shielding Protection Practice and Performance Analysis are Discussed
Objective:To provide a technical reference for the shielding protection transformation of linear accelerator room by discussing the practice of shielding protection transformation and measuring and analyzing the protection effect of low-energy linear accelerator room.Methods:Under the condition of 40cm×40cm irradiation field of Varian Turebeam linear accelerator,the dose rate of up to 600 cGy/min in the homogenization mode with the highest X-ray energy of 10MV and the maximum dose rate of 1400 cGy/min in the heterogeneous FFF mode of 6MV were used for irradiation,and the dose level at 30cm on the outer surface of the modified machine room was detected according to the requirements of the GBZ121-2020 standard and the prescribed methods of the"Requirements for Radiotherapy Radiological Protection".Standard limits are met.Results and Conclusion:Combined with the actual situation of the machine room and the protection requirements of the equipment,in addition to considering the economic cost,the influence of many factors such as building load-bearing,construction difficulty,space limitation and so on should be fully considered in the transformation process,so as to achieve the best protection effect and the most reasonable use demand with the smallest economic cost.
