伸缩清洗架的设计与应用研究

目的:探讨一种提高清洗质量的装载方法,从而保证灭菌质量.方法:研制一种适用于剪刀类及血管钳类等普通手术器械的清洗架,并设计制作,同时对其在消毒供应中心的应用效果进行研究分析.设置对照组及观察组,以未使用伸缩清洗架装载方式的急诊缝合包手术器械2000件为对照组,运用研制的伸缩清洗架进行装载的急诊缝合包手术器械2000件作为观察组,比较两组手术器械的清洗合格率、组装时间、操作人员满意度.结果:观察组与对照组用放大镜及目测;残余蛋白抽样检测比较,观察组清洗合格率提高,返洗率降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:该研究研制的伸缩清洗架可以提高清洗合格率,解决器械堆放、叠放问题,提高清洗质量,保证灭菌质量,提升医疗器械使用寿命、提高工作效率及满意度.
Research on Design and Application of Telescopic Cleaning Rack
Objective:Explore a loading method to improve the cleaning quality,so as to ensure the sterilization quality.Methods:To develop and design a cleaning rack suitable for common surgical instruments such as scissors and vascular clamp,and analyze its application effect in the disinfection supply center.The control group and the experimental group were set up.2000 pieces of emergency suture set surgical instruments loaded without the telescopic cleaning rack were used as the control group,and 2000 pieces of emergency suture set surgical instruments loaded with the developed telescopic cleaning rack were used as the experimental group.The cleaning qualification rate,assembly time and operator satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group and control group were measured by magnifying glass and eye.The residual protein sampling test showed that the qualified rate of cleaning was increased and the backwashing rate was decreased in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The telescopic cleaning rack developed in this study can improve the qualified rate of cleaning,solve the problem of stacking and stacking of instruments,improve the cleaning quality,ensure the quality of sterilization,enhance the service life of medical devices,improve work efficiency and satisfaction.
