Application of Computed Tomography and MRI in Staging Primary Ovarian Cancer
Objective:To analyze the application of computed tomography and MRI in staging primary ovarian cancer. Methods:From February 2022 to February 2023,80 patients with primary ovarian cancer were admitted to our hospital. All patients were examined with computed tomography,MRI,computed tomography and MRI,and the results were counted and compared. Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rates of CT and MRI for different parts(P>0.05);The detection rate of CT combined with MRI in mesenteric lesions and capsule invasion and rupture was higher than that of CT and MRI,with differences between groups(P<0.05);There was no difference in the detection rate of small intestine invasion and fallopian tube invasion among the three(P>0.05).Postoperative pathological examination showed 12 cases in stage I,11 cases in stage II,38 cases in stage III,and 19 cases in stage IV.After CT,MRI,and CT combined with MRI examination, the clinical staging accuracy was 80.00%,78.75%,and 82.50%,respectively.After comparison, the accuracy of CT combined with MRI examination was higher than that of CT and MRI examination, and there was no difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Computed tomography imaging and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging,as an effective diagnostic method of primary ovarian cancer, can accurately judge the stage and lesion site, and provide reliable basis for the treatment of disease.
