Comparative Analysis of Ultrasound and MRI in the Diagnosis of Dangerous Placenta Previa
Objective:To analyze and compare the value of ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of dangerous placenta previa.Methods:30 patients suspected of dangerous Placenta praevia were selected, all of whom received magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and color Doppler ultrasound. At the same time, the results of intraoperative examination were taken as the gold standard, and the value of ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of dangerous placenta praevia was analyzed and compared. Results:Among all 30 patients, intraoperative examination results showed 26 cases were positive and 4 cases were negative;Using the results of intraoperative examination as the gold standard, the accuracy rate of ultrasound in the diagnosis of dangerous placenta praevia patients was 86.67%,the sensitivity was 88.46%,the specificity was 75.0%,the negative predictive value was 50.0%,and the positive predictive value was 95.83%;The accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of dangerous placenta praevia was 90.0%,the sensitivity was 92.31%,the specificity was 75.0%,the negative predictive value was 60.0%,and the positive predictive value was 96.0%.There was no statistically significant difference between ultrasound and MRI in terms of diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, and positive predictive value(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of dangerous placenta previa, both ultrasound and MRI have the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity, and the imaging manifestations have the characteristics. In the actual clinical diagnosis, the best examination and diagnosis method can be selected according to the specific situation.
