Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Cervical Vascular Color Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Arteriosclerotic Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the effect of cervical angiography in the diagnosis of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with suspected arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction(January 2020 to October 2023)were selected as the study subjects. The patient was diagnosed with cervical angiography by color ultrasound, and the diagnostic results were evaluated based on angiography digital subtraction. Results:There was no significant difference between the diagnostic efficiency of cervical angiography and digital subtraction(P>0.05).In 40 patients with arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction, the intima thickness was(1.34±0.18)mm and blood vessel occlusion was 12.50%.Mildly irregular plaque 32.50%,regular plaque 10.00%.Conclusion:The clinical diagnosis of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction with cervical angiography is effective.
