Analysis of Pleural Thickness and Effectiveness of Internal Thoracoscopic Treatment Combined with Intrapleural Injection of Urokinase in Patients with Tuberculous Encapsulated Pleuritis
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of internal thoracoscopic treatment combined with intrapleural injection of urokinase in patients with tuberculous encapsulated pleurisy and the impact of pleural thickness.Methods:60 patients with tuberculous enveloping pleurisy admitted from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Thirty patients were randomly divided into a control group(conventional treatment)and an observation group(internal thoracoscopic treatment combined with intrapleural injection of urokinase).Compare clinical treatment efficacy detection values;Pulmonary function assessment values before and after treatment;Adverse reaction monitoring status;Changes in pleural thickness before and after treatment.Results:①The clinical efficacy data obtained by the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);②Before treatment, there was no difference in lung function evaluation values between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, all personnel showed a trend of improvement in lung function, and the observation group had better data values than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);③The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions and lower data values than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);④ After treatment, the pleural thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of internal thoracoscopy combined with intrapleural injection of urokinase for the treatment of tuberculous encapsulated pleurisy has ideal clinical results, improved lung function, reduced posterior pleural thickness, higher safety, and lower adverse reactions.
