Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Combined with Olympus Duodenoscope in the Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis Combined with Choledocholithiasis
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with Olympus duodenoscope in the treatment of patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis. Methods:In this study,62 patients who received cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis in hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as experimental subjects, and the patients were divided into groups by random number table method.31 patients were included in the observation group, treated by laparoscopy combined with Olympus duodenoscope, and the other 31 patients were included in the control group.Traditional laparotomy was used. Results:There were significant differences in surgical indexes, postoperative bile function indexes, levels of inflammatory factors and pain factors, and incidence of complications in observation group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of bile function indexes, inflammatory factors and pain factors between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined surgical plan(laparoscopic+Olympus duodenoscopy)is ideal for patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones as a complication.
