Effect of Single-Pore Unidirectional Thoracoscopic Lobotomy Plus Systemic Mediastinal Lymph Node Dissection in Patients with Lung Cancer
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of single-hole unidirectional total thoracoscopic lobectomy plus systemic mediastinal lymph node dissection in patients with lung cancer. Methods:A total of 86 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from September 2020 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment plans, with 43 cases each. The control group underwent three-hole unidirectional total thoracoscopic lobectomy, while the observation group underwent single-hole unidirectional total thoracoscopic lobectomy. The basic indexes, complications, perioperative pain and traumatic stress of the two groups were statistically compared. Results:The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 1d,3d and 5d after surgery(P<0.05).The levels of serum Cor,SP and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Single-hole unidirectional thoracoscopic lobectomy plus systemic mediastinal lymph node dissection can shorten the operation time and relieve postoperative pain and traumatic stress.
