Application of Ultrasound Knife Assisted Low Position Small Incision Surgery in Thyroid Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of ultrasound knife assisted low position small incision surgery in the treatment of thyroid patients.Methods:94 patients who underwent thyroidectomy in our hospital were selected from January 2020 to August 2022.Following the random number table method, they were divided into two groups:the reference group(treated with traditional thyroidectomy)and the experimental group(treated with ultrasound knife assisted low incision surgery),with 47 people in each group.Comparative analysis was conducted on various surgical indicators(intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume, surgical duration, hospital stay, postoperative incision length),quality of life(SF-36 score),and prognosis(incidence of postoperative complications, recurrence rate). Results:After treatment, the intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the surgical time, hospitalization time, and postoperative incision length were all shorter than those of the reference group, with significant differences(P<0.05);3 months after surgical treatment, the SF-36 scores of both groups increased, and the experimental group(84.76±4.49)points was higher than the reference group(73.41±7.83)points,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence in the experimental group(6.38%,2.13%)were lower than those in the reference group(21.28%,17.02%),with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ultrasound knife assisted low position small incision surgery for patients with thyroidectomy has superior postoperative rehabilitation effects and surgical prognosis.
