Study on Influencing Factors of Restenosis After Cerebral Vascular Stenting
Objective:To study the influencing factors of restenosis after cerebral vascular stent implantation. Methods:A total of 68 cerebrovascular disease patients who underwent endovascular stenting were selected and divided into two groups based on the presence or absence of restenosis. The basic and clinical information of the two groups were statistically analyzed, observation group(n=18)and control group(n=50).Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were carried out. Results:Univariate analysis showed that age, sex, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, mean platelet volume, basilar artery stenosis and regular use of anticoagulant were the risk factors of restenosis after endovascular stenting.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, sex, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, mean platelet volume and basilar artery stenosis were independent risk factors for restenosis after stenting. Conclusion:Age,sex, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, mean platelet volume and basilar artery stenosis are independent risk factors for restenosis after endovascular stenting.
