Study on the Safety and Efficacy of F2 Fully Automatic External Defibrillator
Objective:To investigate the application value of F2 automated external defibrillator in patients with emergency cardiac arrest. Methods:Using a retrospective analysis, the clinical data of 150 patients with ventricular fibrillation and VT without reaction were admitted to the emergency department of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2019 to January 2023.All patients were treated with automatic external defibrillator for first aid.According to the different brands of external defibrillator used, they were divided into the control group(an international brand of automatic external defibrillator,n=120)and the observation group(Comen F2 automatic external defibrillator,n=30).Results:By comparing the total success rate of defibrillation and the incidence of adverse events,it was found that the success rate of defibrillation in the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that in the control group(91.7%).The sensitivity and specificity of heart rate recognition in the observation group were 96.1%and 98.2%,which were not significantly different from those in the control group. In terms of safety, there was no serious skin redness and swelling in the observation group and the control group. There was no myocardial injury in the control group and the observation group by analyzing the change trend of cTnI in a period of time after cardioversion. Conclusion:There was no significant difference in safety and efficacy between Comen F2 automatic external defibrillator and some international brand automated external defibrillator in rescuing SCA patients, and the clinical benefits were accepted by the clinic.
