The Therapeutic Effect of Different Modes of Fresenius 4008S Hemodialysis Machine on Uremia and Its Impact on Serum Inflammatory Factors
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of different modes of the Fresenius 4008S hemodialysis machine on uremia and its impact on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:72 uremic patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received high flux hemodialysis treatment,while the control group received low flux hemodialysis treatment.The clinical efficacy,levels of macromolecular toxins and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had serum leptin,parathyroid hormone,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor α all were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Fresenius 4008S hemodialysis machine with high flux hemodialysis can better remove macromolecular toxins,improve inflammatory factors,enhance clinical efficacy,and has good safety in the treatment of uremia.
