Objective:To explore the value of dual energy CT and multi-slice spiral CT in evaluating the differentiation degree of gastric cancer.Methods:134 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as study cases. Before surgery, plain CT scan and dual phase enhanced CT scan were performed.Among them,67 patients received plain MSCT scan(referred to as MSCT group)and 67 patients received enhanced DECT scan(referred to as DECT group).Postoperative pathological examination results were used as the gold standard, and they were divided into low differentiation group and medium and high differentiation group.MSCT parameters quantitative analysis of gastric cancer energy spectrum parameters, multiple parameter AUC,and diagnostic accuracy. Results:In the venous phase CT values and CTv,the parameters in the poorly differentiated gastric cancer group were higher than those in the medium to well differentiated gastric cancer group. The NICa,NICv γa γv was higher than that of the medium to high differentiation gastric cancer group, and the AUC of the four parameters in the venous phase of DECT was greater than that of MSCT.In addition, among the DECT parameters, the AUC of the venous phase was greater than that of the arterial phase. The combination of DECT venous phase parameter NICv and γv.The AUC was the highest, and the diagnostic accuracy rate of MSCT(97.01%)was higher than that of DECT(68.66%),with a difference of P<0.05.Conclusion:Dual energy CT NICa and NICv can provide new indicators for preoperative evaluation of gastric cancer differentiation.Compared with traditional MSCT,their diagnostic value is more significant.
