The Application Value of Ultrasound Guided Biopsy Puncture Combined with Color Ultrasound Image Analysis in Abdominal Masses
Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound guided biopsy and puncture combined with color ultrasound image analysis in abdominal masses.Methods:80 patients with suspected prostate cancer and abdominal masses admitted to Tianjin Baodi District People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected.The ultrasound diagnostic images,ultrasound diagnostic results,and ultrasound guided biopsy and puncture results were analyzed.The application value of ultrasound guided biopsy and puncture combined with color ultrasound for abdominal masses was analyzed.Results:For all patients,among the 80 patients with prostate mass,77 were diagnosed by puncture,with the diagnostic accuracy of 96.25%,no difference from the final diagnosis(P>0.05);The ultrasound images of prostate cancer patients were mainly unclear boundary,disturbed echo and irregular morphology.Among the 80 patients with prostate mass,61 were diagnosed by ultrasound with a diagnostic accuracy of 83.75%,significantly lower than the final diagnostic accuracy(P<0.05);The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound-guided biopsy puncture and color ultrasound for abdominal mass were higher than the single detection.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided biopsy puncture combined with color ultrasound image diagnosis can further judge the size,morphology,and peripheral tissue relationship of the mass lesion,which can further improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of benign and malignant abdominal masses.
