Objective:To explore the application value of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning and serum carbohydrate antigen(CA153)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)tests in distinguishing pulmonary inflammatory and cancerous nodules.Methods:100 suspected lung cancer patients admitted to our school's direct and non direct affiliated hospitals from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected. All patients underwent low-dose multi-slice spiral CT,serum CA153,and SCC examinations. The diagnostic gold standard was the pathological results of lung biopsy. The application value of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning, serum CA153,and SCC examinations in the differential diagnosis of pneumonia and cancerous nodules was analyzed. The results were confirmed by pathological examination of lung biopsy tissue. Results:The accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning in differential diagnosis of lung cancer patients were 89.00%,91.07%,and 86.36%,respectively.The results showed that low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning, serum CA153,and SCC tests had an AUC of 0.887,0.845,and 0.843 for the diagnosis of pneumonia and lung cancer nodules. Conclusion:Low dose multi-slice spiral CT scanning has high clinical value in differential diagnosis of lung cancer nodules and pneumonia benign nodules.
