Analysis of the Efficacy of Laparoscopic Hem-O-Lok Double Ligation of the Stump of the Appendix in Patients with Acute Appendicitis
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hem-o-lok double ligation of appendix stump in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods:70 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to the gastrointestinal surgery department of the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022,all underwent laparoscopic appendectomy.According to the group study,9 patients with root gangrene or perforation adopted the appendicitis suture embedding method, which was set as the control group; The remaining 61 patients took hem-o-lok double ligation of the appendix stump as the observation group;Compared the effect of the two treatment methods of the appendix stump. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group had less intraoperative bleeding, shorter surgical time, and shorter hospital stay(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 12h,24h and 48h after surgery(P<0.05).The SOD levels at 24 hours after surgery in the two groups were significantly reduced compared to before surgery(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in SOD levels between the groups at 24 hours after surgery(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic hem-o-lok double ligation of appendicitis stump is effective in the treatment of acute appendicitis.
