Important Applications of Liquid Chromatography-Tandam Mass Spectrometry in DNA Methylation Analysis
As an important epigenetic modification,DNA methylation has a profound impact on gene expression regulation and cell fate decision-making.Traditional DNA methylation analysis methods suffer from insufficient sensitivity and specificity.In recent years,mass spectrometry technology has shown great potential in DNA methylation analysis due to its high sensitivity and accuracy,playing a crucial role in gene expression regulation,cell differentiation,and disease occurrence and development.This article aims to explore the application of mass spectrometry technology in DNA methylation analysis,including technical principles,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,progress and application of detection methods,and establishment of analytical research methods.The high sensitivity and accuracy of LC-MS method in DNA methylation modification analysis will be discussed in detail,and its potential application value in future epigenetic research will be explored.
