To Compare the Time and Hemodynamic Effects of Nasotracheal Intubation Under General Anesthesia Between Ordinary Laryngoscope and Glide Scope Video Laryngoscope in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Objective:To compare the effectiveness of ordinary laryngoscopy and Glide Scope video laryngoscopy in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:80 patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery who were admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(40 cases,Glide Scope video laryngoscope)and the control group(40 cases, ordinary laryngoscope)by the time of admission.Compare the effects of two applications. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in hemodynamic indicators and complications between the two groups(P>0.05);The indexes of tracheal intubation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to ordinary laryngoscopy, using Glide Scope video laryngoscopy in oral and maxillofacial surgery can improve hemodynamics, improve intubation efficiency and quality, and be safe and reliable.
