Effect of Microscopic Root Canal on Pulpitis Caused by Dental Cleft
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment under microscope on pulpitis caused by dental cleft and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:150 patients with pulpitis caused by dental cryptofissure admitted from November 2021 to October 2022 were divided into groups according to the order of treatment.75 patients with odd number were the control group and 75 patients with even number were the observation group. The control group received routine one-time root canal therapy, and the observation group was assisted by microscope on the basis of control group. The therapeutic effect, pain, incidence of complications, and levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.67%,compared with 89.33%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain grading distribution of Mohd Sulong in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.67%,compared with 12.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment, all indexes were reduced to different degrees, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-time root canal treatment under microscope can effectively improve the clinical effect of pulpitis caused by dental cleft, reduce pain and complications, and improve the level of inflammatory factors.
