Application of Pulmonary Nodule Localization Needle in Thoracoscopic Surgery
Objective:To analyze the application value of pulmonary nodule localization needle in thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:98 patients with pulmonary nodules in our hospital were selected as subjects of this study. The sample was selected from January 2021 to June 2022.The group was divided according to whether the patients received preoperative CT-guided pulmonary nodule positioning needle puncture.49 patients in the control group received routine examination + thoracoscopic surgery, while 49 patients in the experimental group received routine examination + preoperative CT-guided pulmonary nodule positioning needle puncture + endoscopic surgery. The incidence of postoperative complications, perioperative related indexes and recurrence rate 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups. The positioning time and success rate of the experimental group were analyzed. Results:The complication rate of experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The wedge-shaped resection time, operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative catheterization time of the experimental group were all shorter than control group.Intraoperative blood loss, thoracic drainage volume 24h after surgery were lower than control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had no recurrence 1 year after surgery, while the control group had a recurrence rate of 10.20%1 year after surgery, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The average locating time of pulmonary nodules in 49 patients in the experimental group was(25.67±3.52)min,and the number of successful locating cases was 49,with a success rate of 100.00%.Conclusion:Pulmonary nodule positioning needle has high application value in thoracoscopic surgery, can accurately identify pulmonary nodule during surgery,is conducive to improving the prognosis.
