Objective:To study the efficacy of laparoscopic fallopian tube fenestration and removal of embryos in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods:According to different surgical methods,60 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).Laparoscopic salpingostomy and laparoscopic salpingectomy were performed respectively. The basic surgical indicators, serum Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels, tubal patency, postoperative pregnancy, and complications were compared. Results:The intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the proportion of postoperative tubal patency and intrauterine pregnancy rate were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time, postoperative exhaust and hospital stay,HCG level before and after operation, oviduct patency, ectopic pregnancy rate and complication rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic fenestration of fallopian tubes for embryo retrieval can reduce intraoperative bleeding in patients and increase the rate of intrauterine pregnancy.
