Objective:To analyze the application value of laparoscopy through single umbilical hole in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods:60 patients with acute cholecystitis were selected from our hospital for surgical treatment. The exploration group was treated by single hole laparoscopy through the umbilical cord, and the reference group was treated by three hole laparoscopy. The intraoperative indicators(operation time, postoperative 12h VAS score, bleeding volume)and postoperative recovery indicators(exhaust time, defecation time, hospital stay),liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL),and the incidence of complications(bile leakage, postoperative bleeding, incision infection, stone residue)of the two groups were compared. Results:There was a statistically significant difference in intraoperative indicators(VAS score at 12 hours after surgery, bleeding volume)between the exploration group and the reference group(P<0.05),but the surgical time was prolonged; The exhaust time, defecation time, and hospitalization time of the exploration group were all shorter than those of the reference group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications(bile leakage, postoperative bleeding, incision infection)in the exploration group was lower than that of the reference group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was a small difference in liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the liver function of the exploration group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute cholecystitis by umbilical single hole laparoscopy can reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the time of defecation and exhaus.
