Objective:To investigate the effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage on inflammation and blood gas analysis in patients with bronchiectasis and infection.Methods:60 patients with bronchiectasis and infection admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=30 cases)was given conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=30 cases)was given bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The recovery and inflammatory response related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement time of lung rales,fever,cough and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was similar to that in the control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopic alveolar lavage can effectively shorten the time of symptom improvement and hospital stay in patients with bronchiectasis and infection,and help to improve lung function and reduce the indicators of inflammation in the body.
