Clinical Value Analysis of High-definition Endoscopic Precise Positioning Application in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical value of precise positioning of high-definition endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early upper gastrointestinal cancer. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 80 patients with early cancer of the upper digestive tract admitted to our hospital from September 2029 to December 2022.All participants underwent endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)treatment.According to the differential diagnosis and treatment plan, the participants were divided into a control group(n=40,traditional endoscopy)and an observation group(n=40,high-definition endoscopic precise positioning),and the clinical diagnosis and treatment effects between the two groups were recorded and evaluated. Results:The image quality(capillary image, morphological image, gastric pits classification image)scores between the two groups were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05);The comparison of hospitalization time and surgical time between groups showed significant differences, while the comparison of treatment costs between groups showed that the observation group(13023.73±202.92)yuan was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference in data comparison was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications between groups was significantly lower in the observation group(5.00%)than in the control group(17.50%),with a significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-definition endoscopic precise positioning in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early upper gastrointestinal cancer has high imaging quality, short treatment and hospitalization time, low treatment cost, and good safety.
