Objective:To study the treatment of uremia with a combination of perfumer and dialyzer and its effects on mineral and bone metabolism.Methods:68 uremic patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment were selected as the research subjects and divided into a study group and a control group based on a random number table method. The study group were treated with a perfusion device combined with a dialyzer, while the control group were treated with a blood dialysis filter.Observe the effective rate of treatment and the renal function, minerals, and bone metabolism indicators before and after treatment in both groups. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in renal function, minerals, and bone metabolism indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the renal function indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the mineral indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can achieve better therapeutic effects on uremic patients compared to hemodialysis filtration therapy, and has more advantages in improving mineral and bone metabolism abnormalities.
