Evaluation of Quality Control Detection Effect of ECG Monitor
Objective:Strengthen the safety risk management of ECG monitor.Methods:From January 1,2022 to December 31,2022,313 electrocardiogram monitors in use in our hospital were selected as research objects.The preventive maintenance project was judged to be qualified based on the maintenance and inspection results of engineers.Quality control testing was conducted using the Prosim 8 multi parameter patient simulator and the Prosim Spo2 blood oxygen saturation quality detection instrument to detect the appearance function,heart rate,respiratory rate,non-invasive blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,sound and light alarms of the electrocardiogram monitors alarm limit check,mute check,etc.,and evaluate the detection effect of the electrocardiogram monitor.Results:The qualified rate of external cleaning and maintenance of the monitor is 84.34%,the qualified rate of internal cleaning and maintenance is 82.43%,the qualified rate of replacing vulnerable parts is 83.71%,the qualified rate of functional testing is 92.97%,and the qualified rate of safety inspection is 95.21%.The quality control testing of the appearance and output parameters of the electrocardiogram monitor showed a heart rate qualification rate of 91.37%,respiratory rate qualification rate of 89.14%,non-invasive blood pressure qualification rate of 86.58%,blood oxygen saturation qualification rate of 86.62%,appearance function qualification rate of 87.22%,sound and light alarm qualification rate of 91.37%,alarm limit inspection qualification rate of 95.53%,and mute inspection qualification rate of 95.21%.Conclusion:Based on the preventive maintenance and quality control testing results of electrocardiogram monitors,corresponding measures are proposed for the preventive maintenance of electrocardiogram monitors to improve the accuracy of output parameters and reduce medical risks.
