Application Analysis of Equipment Management Mode Based on the Theory of Equipment Comprehensive Efficiency and Accurate Diagnosis and Treatment Goal
Objective:To explore the application value of equipment management model based on the comprehensive efficiency of equipment(OEE)theory and the target of precision diagnosis and treatment in orthopedic surgery equipment management.Methods:The data of orthopaedic operating room in Rizhao City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and compared before and after the implementation of the equipment management model based on OEE theory and precision diagnosis and treatment,the efficiency score of equipment safety risk and the satisfaction of equipment service level.Results:After implementation,the efficacy scores of spinal,shoulder,elbow,hip,knee and ankle joints were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,the utilization rate of surgical equipment was100.00%,higher than that before implementation 93.33%.The functional failure rate,structural damage rate,disqualification rate and management error rate were 1.90%,0.95%,3.81%and 3.81%,respectively,which were lower than those before implementation8.57%,8.57%,13.33%and 11.43%(P<0.05).After implementation,the total satisfaction rate of equipment service level was 96.00%,which was higher than that before implementation 88.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The equipment management model based on the OEE theory and the target of precision diagnosis and treatment can improve the operation efficiency of orthopaedic surgical equipment,reduce the safety risk of equipment use,and optimize the level of clinical service.
