新型医疗物资供应链5G+SPD模式与传统运血模式在用血流程中的效果对比研究

目的:对比研究新型医疗物资供应链5G+SPD模式与传统运血模式在用血流程中的效果.方法:选取2022年10月~2022年12月在本院需用血者采用传统运血模式,2023年1月~2023年3月在本院需用血者采用新型医疗物资供应链5G+SPD模式,并分别纳入对照组(n=560)和实验组(n=620),比较两种运血模式在运血流程的效率(取血后30min内输注率、医护输血评估耗时)、双人核对输血执行情况(样管采集双人核对执行率、床旁输血双人核对执行率)以及输血流程的规范性(15min巡视率、输血护理文书规范率).结果:实验组患者的取血后30min内输注率显著高于对照组,实验组患者医护输血评估耗时显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者双人核对执行率和床旁输血双人核对执行率均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者15min巡视率和输血护理文书规范率均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:新型医疗物资供应链5G+SPD模式可优化输血流程,提高临床用血流程的效率、双人核对输血执行情况,并规范输血流程的规范性,保证输血安全.
Comparative Study on the Effect of New Medical Material Supply Chain 5G+SPD Model and Traditional Blood Transport Model in the Blood Consumption Process
Objective:To compare and study the effectiveness of the new medical material supply chain 5G+SPD model and the traditional blood transportation model in the blood consumption process.Methods:The patients who needed blood in our hospital from October 2022 to December 2022 were selected to use the traditional blood transfusion mode,and the patients who needed blood in our hospital from January 2023 to March 2023 were selected to use the new medical material supply chain 5G+SPD mode.They were included in the control group(n=560)and the experimental group(n=620),and the efficiency of the two blood transfusion modes in the blood transfusion process(transfusion rate within 30 minutes after blood collection,and time spent on medical and nursing transfusion evaluation)was compared.The execution status of double check blood transfusion(sample collection double check execution rate,bedside blood transfusion double check execution rate)and the standardization of blood transfusion process(15 minutes inspection rate,blood transfusion nursing document standardization rate).Results:The infusion rate within 30 minutes after blood collection in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the evaluation time for medical and nursing blood transfusion in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The execution rate of the double person check and bedside blood transfusion double person check in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the 15 minutes inspection rate and standardized rate of blood transfusion nursing documents in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new medical material supply chain 5G+SPD model can optimize the blood transfusion process,improve the efficiency of clinical blood use process,double check the execution of blood transfusion,and standardize the standardization of blood transfusion process to ensure blood transfusion safety.
