The Influence of PDCA Circular Management Mode on the Quality and Satisfaction of Device Management in Disinfection Supply Centers
Objective:To study the impact of PDCA cycle management mode on the quality and satisfaction of equipment management in disinfection supply centers.Methods:400 instruments from the disinfection supply center of our hospital from August 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 400 instruments from the disinfection supply center from January 2023 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group.Routine device management was performed on the control group devices,while the observation group devices were managed using a PDCA cycle management model.Evaluate and compare the quality and satisfaction of device management between the two groups after intervention.Results:The scores of the observation group patients in terms of cleaning quality,drying quality,disinfection quality,sterilization quality,packaging quality,and distribution quality were significantly better than those of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in the comparison of the above indicators between the two groups.In addition,the observation group patients were significantly better than the control group in terms of five dimensions of recycling,supply,distribution,sterile item quality,and service quality,as well as the total satisfaction score,and the differences in the above indicators between the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management model can effectively improve the quality of equipment management and job satisfaction in disinfection supply centers,with outstanding results.
