Observation on the Clinical Application Effect of High Flow Respiratory Humidification Therapy Device and Ventilator High Flow Integrated Machine in Emergency Critically Ill Patients
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical application effects of high-flow respiratory humidification therapy equipment and ventilator-high flow all-in-one machine for critically ill emergency patients.Methods:Clinical data of critically ill emergency patients admitted to our hospital were selected based on a specific period of time(January 2021 to December 2022).76 patients were divided into two groups(38 in each group)according to their length of hospital stay.Among them,38 patients chose a ventilator high flow integrated machine as the control group,while the other 38 patients chose a high flow respiratory humidification treatment device as the observation group.The application effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,except for blood pressure,the observation group showed significantly better improvement in vital signs and sputum excretion compared to the control group(P<0.05);The treatment time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications(5.26%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(21.05%),and the comfort score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of critically ill patients in the emergency department,compared to the ventilator high flow integrated machine,the application of the high flow respiratory humidification therapy device has a better effect.It can significantly improve the patient's blood gas indicators,promote sputum excretion,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the patient's treatment comfort.
