The Results of the Detection and Diagnosis of Pneumoconiosis by Siemens DR Machine were Analyzed
Objective:Analyze the effectiveness of Siemens DR machine detection in the examination and diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:This study selected a total of 112 enterprise workers who underwent occupational health screening in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2023.All selected individuals underwent high kV chest X-ray and Siemens DR machine testing,and analyzed the consistency of high kV chest X-ray and Siemens DR machine testing in diagnosing pneumoconiosis.Results:The quality comparison between the HkV chest X-ray and the Siemens DR machine showed that the overall quality of the Siemens DR machine chest X-ray was better than that of the high kV chest X-ray,especially the first level X-ray rate of the Siemens DR machine chest X-ray was significantly higher than that of the HkV chest X-ray(P<0.05),and the third level X-ray rate of the Siemens DR machine chest X-ray was significantly lower than that of the HkV chest X-ray(P<0.05);In terms of image clarity and display of lung microstructure,Siemens DR chest films are relatively good.The diagnostic results of HkV chest films and Siemens DR chest films are basically consistent.There was no statistically significant difference in the shape,distribution range,and overall density of small shadows between chest films of pneumoconiosis patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quality of Siemens DR machine in diagnosing pneumoconiosis is better than that of HkV chest X-ray,and the third level X-ray rate is significantly lower than that of HkV chest X-ray;Siemens DR machine detection can be used for pneumoconiosis examination and staging diagnosis.
