Comparison of Image Features and Diagnostic Value of Conventional Ultrasound and Ultrasound Elastography in Female Breast Lesions
Objective:To explore and analysis the comparative imaging features and diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in female breast lesions. Methods:From August 2020 to December 2022,87 female patients with breast lesions examined in our hospital were selected, all of whom were given US and UE examinations to record the image features and determine the diagnostic value. Results:Among the 87 female patients with breast lesions, the pathological features were breast cancer in 27 cases(study group)and benign or inflammatory breast lesions in 60 cases(control group). The proportion of US features in the study group were 81.5%,85.2%,85.2%and 88.9%,respectively,compared with 30.0%,36.7%,35.0%and 33.3%in the control group(P<0.05).The UE semi-quantitative scores in the study group were mainly 4 and 5 points, while those in the control group were mainly 2 and 3 points, with significant difference(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of US and UE in the differential diagnosis of female breast lesions were 77.8%and 96.3%,and 98.3%and 100.0%respectively.Conclusion:Both US and UE can well display the image characteristics of female breast lesions and judge the benign and malignant status of breast lesions. However, compared with US,UE has higher differential diagnostic value and can provide meaningful reference value for the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
