The Value of Detecting the Expression Levels of Serum Estrogen and Sex Hormone with Abbott I2000 Luminescence Instrument in the Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of serum estrogen and sex hormone expression levels by Abbott I2000 luminescence instrument in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:50 PCOS patients admitted to the hospital in recent years(from January 2022 to June 2023)were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy volunteers received during the same period were selected as the control group.All of them were tested by Abbott I2000 luminescence instrument.The expression levels of estrogen and sex hormone in different subjects were analyzed by Abbott I2000 luminescence apparatus.In addition,the observation group was divided according to PCOS international diagnostic standards(type 1,type 2,type 3,type 4),and the expression levels of estrogen and sex hormone in patients with different subtypes were analyzed under the detection of Abbott I2000 luminescence instrument.Results:The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T)and progesterone(P)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of estradiol(E2)were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with type 1,type 2,type 3 and type 4,the increase of FSH,PRL,T,P and LH was in the order of type 4>type 3>type 2>type 1,and the decrease of E2 was in the order of type 4<type 3<type 2<type 1,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of PCOS disease,using Abbott I2000 luminescence instrument to test the change of related hormone levels can help to identify PCOS disease clinically,and can also identify PCOS classification through the change of hormone levels tested by Abbott I2000 luminescence instrument.
