Analysis of Three Results of Measuring Thyroid Function in Patients with Hyperthyroidism Using Auto Lumo A2000plus Fully Automatic Chemiluminescence Instrument
Objective:Exploring the clinical application value of using Auto Lumo A2000plus fully automatic chemiluminescence instrument to measure the three results of thyroid function in hyperthyroidism patients.Methods:72 patients who underwent thyroid treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected and included in the observation group.Additionally,72 individuals who underwent health examinations in our physical examination department during the same period were selected and included in the control group. The three items of thyroid function[free thyroxine(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)]were measured by Auto Lumo A2000plus automatic chemiluminescence instrument, and the difference of results of FT4,TSH and FT3 between the two groups was compared. Results:Under the measurement of Auto Lumo A2000plus fully automatic chemiluminescence instrument, the FT4 and FT3 levels of hyperthyroidism patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group's health examination personnel, while the TSH levels were lower than those in the control group's health examination personnel. The data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Auto Lumo A2000plus fully automatic chemiluminescence instrument to measure the three results of thyroid function in hyperthyroidism patients is a feasible method.
