Objective:To explore the value of microscope red blood cell count and urine analyzer in urine occult blood test.Methods:102 patients who received urine occult blood test from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the"Clinical Interpretation of Urine Test"as the gold standard, all patients were tested by microscope red blood cell count and urine analyzer, and the test results were compared. Results:According to the"Clinical Interpretation of Urine Testing"as the gold standard,85 specimens were confirmed as positive(83.33%)and 17 specimens were negative(16.67%).The diagnostic rate of microscope red blood cell count was 80.39%,sensitivity was 92.94%,specificity was 17.65%,positive predictive value was 89.77%,negative predictive value was 33.33%,and the diagnostic rate of urine analyzer was 79.41%,sensitivity was 90.59%,specificity was 23.53%,positive predictive value was 89.53%,negative predictive value was 36.36%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Urine occult blood test in any way can not ensure the accuracy of the test results to reach 100%.This time, the accuracy of the analysis microscope red blood cell count and urine analyzer is basically the same, but the accuracy of the former is slightly higher. In order to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, the clinical needs to combine the microscope red blood cell count and urine analyzer to test,so as to ensure that the test results have authority and guidance.
