Objective:To compare and analyze the results of urine microalbumin using the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatography analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer. Methods:Urine samples from 152 outpatient and ward patients were collected and detected using the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatography analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer.Results:152 urine samples were compared using the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatography analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer.Among them,85 cases were 100%consistent;40 cases had a deviation of≤±12.5%;49 cases had a deviation of≤±25%,with 18 cases having a deviation of>±25%.The total compliance rate of the two sets of special protein analyzers was≥80%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The consistency of the results of urine microalbumin in the AfionAS100 fully automatic special protein dry immunoscattering chromatographic analyzer and the national AristoUr specific protein analyzer is increased, providing a more reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
