Objective:To investigate the efficacy of basic treatment combined with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block in adult migraine. Methods:A total of 190 adult migraine patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected as research objects. All the patients were divided into the basic treatment group and the combined treatment group with 95 cases each by random number table method. The control group received basic treatment, and the combined treatment group was treated with ultrasound-guided stele ganglion block for 1 month. The overall efficacy, quality of life and recurrence of migraine after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results:After continuous treatment for 1 month, there was a statistically significant difference in the therapeutic effect grade between the basic treatment group and the combined treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of basic treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the combined treatment group were higher than those of the basic treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After discharge, the average number of migraine attacks in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the basic treatment group, and the average attack time was shorter than that in the basic treatment group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adult migraine patients receiving basic therapy combined with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block can effectively improve the short-term treatment effect, optimize the quality of life, and reduce the recurrence after treatment.
