Clinical Application of Hysteroscopy in Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Objective:To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic value of hysteroscopy for abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different examination methods.The control group(30 cases)underwent vaginal ultrasound examination and diagnostic curettage,while the observation group(30 cases)underwent hysteroscopy.The detection rate and treatment of the two groups were analyzed.Results:In the observation group,26 cases were detected,with a detection rate of 86.67%,while in the control group,16 cases were detected,with a detection rate of 53.33%,with great difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding can make clear the cause of the disease and take targeted treatment measures.
