Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Total Mesangial Rectal Resection Combined with Arterial Pump Infusion Chemotherapy on Patients with Middle and Advanced Rectal Cancer
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of total mesorectal excision(TME)+arterial pump infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of rectal cancer(RC)patients. Methods:In this study,48 patients who received RC treatment in the hospital were randomly selected to carry out the experimental study, and were divided into observation group(n=24,treatment plan:laparoscopic rectal TME+arterial pump infusion chemotherapy)and control group(n=24,treatment plan:laparoscopic rectal TME)according to different treatment plans. Results:There were no significant differences in quality of life and incidence of complications between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in postoperative indexes, clinical efficacy, complication rate and quality of life after treatment between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic rectal TME combined with arterial pump infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of RC patients in the middle and late stage is helpful to improve the postoperative indicators of patients, improve the clinical efficacy, improve the quality of life after treatment, and reduce the occurrence of perioperative complications.
