Application Experience of Domestic Digestive Endoscopy Combined with Argon ion Coagulation in Grassroots Hospitals
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation in grassroots hospitals.Methods:50 patients who received domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation treatment at a grassroots hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients who received endoscopic injection treatment at the same time were selected as the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared to determine the application effect and value of domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation in grassroots hospitals.Results:After evaluation of the treatment effect,it was found that compared to the control group,the observation group had more significant and effective treatments,and the total effective rate of treatment was also significantly higher,P<0.05;The relevant treatment indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05;The prognosis of patients in the observation group was better,and there was no recurrence after treatment.The quality of life score in the later stage was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of domestically produced digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation in grassroots hospitals is significant.It not only helps to improve the surgical effect,but also improves prognosis and quality of life.Domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation can achieve good therapeutic effects in the treatment of digestive system diseases.
