The Effects of oXiris Filter and M150 Filter in the Treatment of Acute Kidney Injury on Renal Function,Serum Inflammatory Factors, and Prognosis
Objective:To study the effects of oXiris filter and M150 filter on renal function, serum inflammatory factors, and prognosis in patients with acute kidney injury.Methods:74 patients were selected and divided into two groups based on the types of filters. The study group and the control group were treated with oXiris filters and M150 filters respectively.Observe the therapeutic effects, renal function indicators, serum inflammatory factors, prognosis and survival. Results:The therapeutic indicators and prognosis of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in various renal function indicators and serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment, both groups showed significant improvements in various renal function indicators and serum inflammatory factors compared to before treatment, but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in survival rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both oXiris filters and M150 filters can effectively improve renal function and serum inflammatory factor levels, but oXiris filters have advantages in clinical efficacy and prognosis.
