The Therapeutic Effect of Hemodialysis Machine in Series with Blood Perfusion Device on Chronic Renal Failure and Its Impact on Renal Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis machine in series with blood perfusion device on chronic renal failure and its impact on renal function and inflammatory factors in patients.Methods:Based on different treatment methods,70 patients with chronic renal failure who received treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group received treatment with a hemodialysis machine,while the study group received treatment with a hemodialysis machine and a hemoperfusion device.Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups,as well as the renal function indicators and inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results:The treatment efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of renal function indicators and inflammatory factors between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared to the control group,the blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels of the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05),while the glomerular filtration rate was significantly higher(P<0.05)after treatment.Compared to the control group,the interleukin-6 and tumor factors-α of the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05),while the γ Interferon was significantly higher(P<0.05)after treatment.Conclusion:The combination of a hemodialysis machine and a hemoperfusion device can effectively improve renal function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure,with significant therapeutic effects.
