Clinical Studies of Different Strategies in Single Stent Management of Coronary Bifurcation Lesions
Objective:To explore the effect of single stent treatment[detention balloon technique(JBT)and collateral guide wire protection(KIO)]in the treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions.Methods:120 patients with coronary bifurcation lesions who were treated in Guangxi Guidong People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group and the routine group were treated with"detention"balloon technique(JBT),while the routine group was treated with collateral guide wire protection(KIO),and then the treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:After comparing and analyzing the adverse events of the two groups,it was found that the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After comparing and analyzing the pathological features of the two groups,we can know that the pathological features of the patients in the observation group are better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After comparing and analyzing the intraoperative conditions of the two groups,we can know that the operation time, radiation exposure time and contrast agent dosage of the observation group are better than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After comparing and analyzing the postoperative complications of the two groups,we can know that the total incidence of complications in the observation group is lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with coronary bifurcation lesions, the effect of"detention"balloon technique is ideal.
