Application of Atomizing Inhalation Combined with Mechanical Assisted Sputum Drainage in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Undergoing Tracheotomy
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assisted sputum drainage in patients with cerebral hemorrhage tracheotomy.Methods:40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given atomization inhalation treatment, and the observation group was given atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assisted sputum drainage treatment.PaO2,PaCO2,heart rate, respiration, mental state and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,PaO2,PaCO2,heart rate and respiration in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atomizing inhalation combined with mechanically assisted sputum drainage for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the psychological state of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and enhance the therapeutic effect.
