The Application Value of 64-Row Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Radiculopathy
Objective:To investigate the value of 64-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. Methods:Retrospective collection during January 2020 to October 2022 in Beijing huairou hospital imaging department of clinical data of patients with suspected cervical spondylosis, all patients before treatment for conventional MRI(MRI),64-row of spiral CT examination, statistical examination results, pathological examination results as the gold standard, compare the diagnostic accuracy of two kinds of scanning and imaging signs. Results:The confirmed pathological diagnosis showed that,of the 75 patients with confirmed radiculopathy were 70,among them, the compliance rate assessed by MRI examination was 85.71%(60/70);The 64-row spiral CT compliance assessment rate was 98.57%(69/70),the coincidence rate of 64-row spiral CT was significantly higher than that of MRI(P<0.05);After the Kappa consistency analysis, both examination methods have high sensitivity and specificity, the 64-row helix CT Kappa value of 0.646,MR Kappa value of 0.262,therefore,the diagnostic value of 64-row spiral CT is better than that of MRI;Comparing the two images, the accuracy of 64-row spiral CT for foraminal stenosis, ostehyperplasia, intervertebral disc calcification and gas accumulation was significantly higher than that of MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion:64-row spiral CT has a high diagnostic value for cervical radiculopathy, which can clearly reflect the imaging signs of the diseased cervical spine.
